I can see being intersex there is more difficult, not much different here ... our situations are nearly the same. I was older before I found out, so it hit me a little harder at first. In some jobs here I have been discriminated against and lost a good job because I wouldn’t complete the surgery they wanted. I just want to be me ... some days are easier than others. I essentially present as female, as they are the only clothes that fit. Our choice were taken away at birth and I am okay with that. Fortunately I have good doctors here.
